Each fall BCSTH hosts Annual Training Forum Pathways to Service Excellence. The Training Forum offers streamed training sessions for Frontline Staff, Managers, and Executive Directors in Transitional Houses, Children Who Witness Abuse Programs and Violence is Preventable Programs.

Save the Date! This year BCSTH's Annual Training Forum and AGM will be held October 17-19, at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport in Richmond BC.

Call for Proposals

The BC Society of Transition Houses invites you to submit a proposal to present a workshop at our Annual Training Forum. This year’s theme is Technology & Privacy but we will be accepting proposals on other key issues around Violence Against Women, Children and Youth.

Please complete PDF form in full and return it by April 15, 2012 via e-mail. If this is not possible, please fax it to 604.682.6962. 

Please also send us any testimonials or evaluation comments that might provide us with more insight into your presentation style and content.

Most of workshop sessions are 2 hours long, and we have limited 2.5 hours sessions available.
Remuneration Includes:

•    $200 for 2 hour sessions
•    $250 for 2.5 hour sessions
•    Provision of coffee break and lunch
•    Admittance to other workshops offered on day of workshop (please notify conference planners of your workshop registration requests ahead of time)

Note: Transportation, accommodation, and parking are the sole responsibility of the presenter. If you do not require remuneration, please indicate this on your proposal.
